Broward College May 2017

Anyone Applying to the May 2017 program? I wanted to get into the January program but I was missing a math class and couldn't complete it in time for the January program.

I feel like we will then again I don't want to get my hopes up lol I am so nervous :unsure:

Do you guys think that we will find out tomorrow?

Ive been the one on here telling everyone to get a glass of wine, and chill...but its officially Friday and I'm soooooo nervous!!! No one email until after the weekend so we can all get our acceptances today!! ;)

Last may, they got their points and invitation to the program 7 business days apart :barf02: I'm hoping for tomorrow but also preparing for it to be next week :dead:

We have to think there are some ppl who don't use this forum, some don't stalk the page like we do lol. I'm always on here looking for updates. So maybe more ppl got points updated that we aren't aware of at least that's what I hope. If I'm not mistaken someone in last May didn't have her points updated before decisions went out but she ended up getting into the program.

This week was already nerve wrecking. I can't imagine going through another week not knowing

Haha that's def for sure! Not everyone knows about this site or would be on it like us. I like to get the updates and get excited when I see Nichole starts commenting.nursing school will be best with people who share our passion for the field and that's how I feel with this site. We all want this so bad. And I had no idea that happened to people before with the points possibly but interesting to hear. I'm usually the most impatient person when it comes to waiting on news or deliveries but surprisingly, I've been calm during this process. I pretty much said I know I did all that I could do and stressing won't change anything and there'll be plenty of stress in the actual program so I'll stay calm for now and just wait and see if this is my semester. It sure would be a great way to start my weekend though lol

My advice to everyone is to calm down and Relax. I COMPLETELY, understand being nervous waiting for an acceptance. (That was me almost two years ago waiting to see if I would be accepted into the program I am currently in.) But you know all you could do, is done, and now it will work out however it does with the acceptances.

No sense in speculating how decisions will go out etc. There has never been a semester where students waited a week before receiving letters contrary to what is being posted. The most is two-three days depending on if statuses are changed on a Friday. We make every effort to get them out within 24 hours.

I will not be on the board for the majority of the day (its 6:30am right now so I am not in the office yet.)

Thank you Nichole ! You heard that guys ? Let's just relax and wait and see what happens today. Distract yourself as much as possible lol that's what I did ! Work has helped me not check the website every two seconds lol oh and I started watching scandal on Netflix two weeks ago and already caught up. Do you guys know what that means ? I saw five seasons in two weeks .... LOL I know I'm crazy but like I said it was a distraction! Nichole is right there's nothing else we can do but wait until decisions come out. If today is the day then awesome! If not we just sit back and wait patiently lol :nailbiting:
