Broward College August 2012

Hi! This is a thread for anyone applying for August 2012 class at Broward College for the generic nursing track. I deferred my seat so I will be starting in August. I haven't decided if I want to go to central or south yet.. I'm super excited about starting in August! If I could help anyone with anything feel free to ask! :)

Thats means they were only accepting 3.5 gpa and higher thats crazy.

So, if I turned in my application to Central can I still go to another campus?

Yes you get to pick which one you want if space is available

Does anyone know, if you haven't taken micro yet do you HAVE to defer your seat or is it just recommended? I really don't want to defer

Im pretty sure you just have to take it eventually but I have not taken it and im in, or atleast preadmission status.

They will tell you at the first meeting, it depends on the term. I guess but for jan and may they had the people without micro defer.

ok this scared me so I just called and they said we should be alright if we have not taken it yet but that we will need to take it while in the programn. But im still not sure ughhhhhhhhh. I almost signed up for the half summer class just because I dont want to defer :nono:

Ok just confirmed again you do NOT have to defer if you dont have micro, you can take micro during the program supposedly there is a six week break in the summer and students tend to take it then.
