Broward August 2015

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site, but I've seen other threads for other semesters for Broward College. I didn't find one for August 2015. I figured this would be a good place to share each other's excitement to (HOPEFULLY!) start the program in August. Let's all support each other on this journey! :)

I also already bought some pen lights , and bandage scissors on ebay . I already have a blood pressure cuff and a stethoscope from my old ambulance job ... I am think on getting the royal blue scrub pants from walmart I heard it was cheap or probably ebay or amazon. But I am waiting for orientation to find out about uniform

HI EVERYONE! CONGRATS ON YOUR ACCEPTANCES!

I was accepting back in May, but deferred to Aug! My orientation is at Central Campus @ 9AM.

Anyone have that same time, thinking of going to North, want to meet up?!

Currently looking to start my CEUFAST certs, and get a few starting books to read up on the first few chapters!

Congrats again future RNs! The ride is fast, but fun! :sneaky:

Anyone else waiting to complete the fingerprinting and drug testing or getting it done early?

I want to do this early as well, how do i go about doing this Chanee? I look forward to hearing from you soon :)

Broward College - Health Sciences Admissions

go to complete required and print out the forms and all the information for background,physical and for the drug test i believe on July 10 they will give us the form to go and do the drug screening.

Ok I replied to the email but no one responded i just want to make sure that that was supposed to happen because itll be just my luck they dont ge my reply 😑

Walmart has cheap blue bottoms for 17.99! (compared to the 25.99 in the book store) just not sure if we need the like blue or the royal blue. Tops I'll probably get at the bookstore cause of the embroidery.
