Broward August 2015

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site, but I've seen other threads for other semesters for Broward College. I didn't find one for August 2015. I figured this would be a good place to share each other's excitement to (HOPEFULLY!) start the program in August. Let's all support each other on this journey! :)

Well until all seats are full if it's 90 per campus than it would be 270 applicants.

You should talk to a nursing advisor or nursing admissions regarding FCC before you turn in your application.

Well I'm taking my rescheduled exam tomorrow. I was told that they are still taking applications so that's not too accurate. I guess I know because I was stuck in the situation of the HESI being down. I will know for sure tomorrow once I pass this thing and go apply. But they told me over the phone they were still taking applications. If not I wouldn't bother taking the HESI again if it wasn't for the fall semester.

Please let us know if they give you any info when you turn in your app. Good luck on the HESI. Hope all goes well. :)

Well shouldn't they start letting people know if they have been accepted or not? I mean if some people are applying to multiple programs like Miami Dade and Broward, for example, and MD already sent them an acceptance letter why would they wait an extra 3-4 weeks waiting to hear from BC. That's more students this college would be out. Then if more people apply after that then if there are seats open add them in too. Why is this difficult?

Had the HESI system not been down, I think we would've had our responses by now. Unfortunately, that was something out of everyone's control. :( Believe me, I'm anxious as well. We just have to wait patiently, and hope and pray for the best.

Well guys. I didn't pass the HESI I got the same 70% I got last time. This was my last try until next semester. Good luck to all of you!

Exactly Jbeans585!!! Ive already been accepted to Dade's RT program since June 1st. But I was waiting on Browards RN program. I recently accepted my seat at Dade to be on the safe side.
