Brookline College Phoenix/Tempe

Hello all,

Has anyone recently attended or graduated from Brookline in Phoenix or Tempe? I see posts from a couple of years back, but nothing recent. I KNOW it is quite expensive, but at this point I want to get started. I know someone who graduated from Brookline a couple of years back and now works for Banner, but when I ask her questions on fb messenger, she never responds LOL. Any information would be great.

The above is the Federal/ Department of Education site that the for profits and some others tried over several years to quash. Apparently the for-profits didn't want potential students to have this information from a non-biased source available to them in making an informed decision. It gives graduation and retention rates for the Phoenix and Tempe Brookline schools. These metrics are the most important in choosing a school; but cost may be the deal breaker with this school for you, ($100,000 +) if you do it in 4 years.

The Community College route for the prerequisites is the most cost effective, and then transfer to a school that isn't affiliated (tainted) with the for-profit sector.

But in this school's favor is that they have decent graduation and retention rates.

This is more than can be said for schools with a large footprint in your area run by the also very expensive EDMC owned South University and Argosy University as well as University of Phoenix. If you check out these schools you will see incredibly low graduation and retention rates.

The for-profits will always tell you that you get out of it what you put into it. But in reality the great majority of enrollees in for-profits never graduate and are left with life crippling debt.

Remember, a nursing degree is a living wage job. It is hard work if done conscientiously, and by no means a ticket to easy street.

So temper your dreams with reality and do it as inexpensively as possible.
