BRN number that works?

Does anyone have a BRN number that acutally works?  That someone will actually pick up the phone and help you? Or that will really call you back?  I applied for endorsement and the temp.  It said that I needed to send in my transcripts, which I did.  My profile was never updated.  I tried to call for weeks with nobody picking up or returning my call. Now my temp has expired.  So if anyone has a working number, please let me know.  Thanks.

I feel your pain and understand completely how difficult it is to get onto Californian Board of Nursing. I had a quicker response by emailing them and only waited 2-3 days for a response.
