Hi. I am new here. I don't know exactly where to go. I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines and I am interested in studying in Australia for a bridging course that will help me become a registered nurse there. I need some help on looking for a good school that offers a bridging course.
My aunt told me that a friend of her friend just went to AU to take up a test and in 6 months she's there for a bridging program. and I have this friend who has a friend who became a registered nurse in AU in 6 months time too. This agency is offering me to study for a certificate III aged care with occupational English test for 46 weeks in Einstein College but it costs too much. So now, I am trying to look for a school wherein I can apply by myself and hopefully get in. I am hoping I could leave for AU this June 2011. I am a bit lost on what to do. Can you help me, please? Any suggestions? ? Please help me. Thank you very much.
(Sydney area would be better since my parents are more familiar and in favor of that place... though other cities/areas will be great too)
hello, I'm applying for IHNA IRON program. does anyone here know if the interview will be difficult?
The interview they meant is the written one where you have to answer 20 questions under a mandatory General category and 3 other topics that you will be choosing on the ihna website. When I asked about how the interview process will be, the consultant said this, " If you clear with the interview in first attempt , then there won't be any Personal interview."...
So try to pass the first attempt for the online interview. Hope that helps. :)
Oh an by the way tintin_rhea, the questions are situational multiple answer type. Like in a board exam for your reference. :)
need your help guys. i just was wanna ask regarding visa assessment/processing, do i have to submit the original copies of all my docments, or can i just give them notarized copies? well, because i know it's really hard to request for original copies of my credentials from the school, especially the diploma. i hope someone finds time to answer my query. thanks!

Hi funnybanana1989,
You will be needing the OVHC (Overseas Visitors Health Cover for Visitors Visa) for your insurance. It will cost you $108 valid for 3 months :) On the other hand, OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover for Student Visa) costing $127 for 3 months :) Hope this answers your question
