Hi Everyone! I will be starting the BCC program in January 2013 and I wonder if there is anyone else here who will be too? Are you studying at all before classes start? If anyone wants to chat or anything let me know I'm super excited about the program! We can always chat through Facebook too if you want!Shayna

I will be starting in Jan 2013 also. I am very excited and have been scanning my books but not really studying. I have also spent way to much money I am sure on other books but if they help it will be worth it I suppose.
Congrats on being accepted! If you want to check my page and Facebook we have made a group for us all to chat. :)
I haven't purchased any of my books yet, I'm planning to wait until after orientation; which others are you reading?

Hi everyone. Congrats on starting the program. I started my program in broward county, but have recently moved into town so i am looking into schools in the area. Can anyone tell me what the curriculum looks like at Palm Bay bcc? I was also wondering if anyone has any information on the nights and weekend course. Does it take longer? Thanks for the help! And good luck.
Hi Kelly_lpn!
We are just getting ready to start on the 15th of this month so I don't have any experience with the program yet except for the initial information. According to the information I have received with the program it doesn't take any longer and it has a strong hybrid component to the program. I have all of my pre-requisites for the program done for when I start in Jan and should graduate in July 2014 with my ADN.
I have also included the link to the courses that we take plus the pre-requisites.
Curriculum | Brevard Community College
Don't hesitate to ask if you have any more questions! :)

Hey guys... congrats on being almost done with your first semester! Woohoo!
I'm applying for spring 2014, wondering if you would share your points and if you know what the cut off was? If I'm adding correctly, I'll have 35. I live out of state so I won't be able to take the extra, optional course that gives you 5 points.
Thanks!
