Hi. I am a Brenau Pre-Nursing Student. I'm in the process of applying for Fall 2011 which, starts Summer 2011. I will be taking the Kaplan NET this December. However, is there any important info you can inform me about Brenau's BSN Program? Also, what are some things I may need to study or know that will be on the Kaplan NET at Brenau? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I'm interested in Brenau, but curious if there would be enough financial aid available to pay for it? I don't have any out of pocket money - would it be possible to still attend there on financial aid only?
I just received my acceptence letter for the full-time BSN program starting this summer!!! yay!!! I know Brenau offers a lot of different forms of financial aid. This will be my second degree so I plan on paying my way through the program with fed. loans. I refuse to let money be the reason why I dont reach my goal. @ sk8inghunny...call Brenau Financial Aid Office...the staff and faculty are always willing to help and provide you with as much info as possible. Good luck!

@MexRnToBe Congrats!! You received it today? I am also an applicant of Fulltime BSN. I thought they do not send the acceptance letters out until the end of Feb. Congrats again!
Thanks :) I received it yesterday. I was so nervous to open the envelope. I thought they would send them out at the end of the month too, but I suppose it all depends on how soon they completed your file.
Yeah. I have been so tempted to email the admission advisor asking when the letters will go out but I don't wanna bother them. Now that I know the time is near its actually making me go more crazy! If you don't mind would you share your numbers? (GPA/Nursing GPA/Kaplan test) Only if you don't mind =) Thanks!
According to the admissions office my calculated GPA was a 3.51. My Kaplan score was a 79.
Thanks!! My Kaplan score was reallllyy low so I am really worried... Sorry for all the questions but what do you mean the calculated GPA according to the admission committee? Sorry I keep asking so many questions! And thanks! =)
I called the admissions office and asked what was the GPA sent over to the nursing department and they gave it to me. Don't worry so much about the Kaplan score. The nursing department kept telling me that as long as you scored above a 60 you're good to go. The rest all depends on your pre-req grades.
@MexRnToBe. I got my letter and they denied me. The reason was stated as have not taken the Kaplan test but I took the test in Dec so I'm pretty confused. I emailed couple of days ago but haven't heard anything yet. =/ I am pretty bummed. I just want to know what's going on so I can plan ahead. When did you take your Kaplan test? I am thinking of all possibilities such as maybe I took the test too late and maybe my score was too low?
