Breeze ca

Hello everyone I tried to register/reapply to retake the NCLEX pn here in California on breeze since I figured I failed I got the bad pop up on pvt I believe? but I tried to reapply to retake the exam on breeze and it wouldn't let me an errror page popped up? What does this mean?

    the same problem with me, since yesterday I've tried t access the breeze but only error message
