BRCC nursing program 2019??

Published

Just wanted to start a thread of people applying this year. I also have questions for anyone who’s currently in the program right now about per-semester costs. Also has anyone who’s in the program currently gotten in with a B in A&P I?

Since the TEAS scores are out everyone should know their GPA & TEAS score! How did everyone do on GPA, TEAS, & how many classes at BRCC?

Not sure of my GPA. I think it’s. 3.6 or 3.7 i took 3 pre-reqs at Brcc and made a 79 on the teas. I’m super anxious about my teas, only taking 3 pre-reqs there and also having a B in A&P. ? Hopefully i make it in, but I already started looking at an LPN program and started making arrangements to start in case i don’t get in.

The fact that all of y'all are more qualified than me just throws my hopes down the drain for this year. However, I hope the best for y'all, and I hope y'all get in.

What’s your gpa and everything if you don’t mind sharing?

Ugh. Well, I pre req at Brcc. 3.0 GPA. And proficient on the Tabe. I took A+P 2 lecture, Microbiology, and English 2.

Was it the first or second week of June were we suppose to receive or letters of acceptance?

Letters went out today. Mine came in the mail, but I'm at work so I haven't opened it.

Oh, snap! I haven't checked my mailbox yet! Nervous, nervous, nervous!

Let me know what your envelope looks like. I'm curious to know if they are small or big

I didn't get one! I don't know if that means I didn't get in. I thought the letters was suppose to tell me that. I do live in Hammond, so maybe they'll make my way tomorrow.

I got my letter today! I'm in for the fall!

Awesome! I'm so happy for you!

Got my acceptance today. Came in a regular sized envelope. Already going to Charity (Delgado) so one extra spot available. Good luck to all. Stay persistent!
