Brain Injury Nursing

Hello everyone

I'm new to allnurses and have been directed to the UK forum (thank you silverdragon!). I am working in neuro rehab and am currently setting up a Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy service, I would love to talk to any nurses working in TBI units who have experience of this - at the moment it seems to be the domain of neuropsychologists and they are reluctant to share!:scrying:
