Welcome to allnurses.com! I couldn't help you, but I did move your thread to the General Nursing Discussion Forums for better exposure. Hope it helps!

Welcome to the site. Which theory was that?

Boykin and Schoenhofer have a new theory on Nursing as Caring (1993). I'm trying to understand what the philosophical underpinnings of their theory are. As well, I am looking at the concepts and propostiions of the theory. :nono:

http://www.sandiego.edu/nursing/theory/ this link does not list Boykin and Schoenhofer. However, there is a contact link at the bottom of the page to contact them about a link anyone feels they should include, or check with them to see if they know about a theory that is not listed. You should try e-mailing them to see if they know anything.
