Looking for suggestions.....
What are some books that you could not live without to survive school and pass NCLEX?

NANDA-I 2012-2014
Laboratory Studies and Diagnostic Tests with Nursing Implications, Joyce Lefever Kee
Anatomy Coloring Book and Physiology Coloring Book (yep, I mean that)
ANA Scope and Standards of Practice and ANA Code of Ethics (yep, I mean that too)
All of these will help you have the basis for making a lot of sense of the SATA answers and planning nursing care (as opposed to physician care)

I have only finished my first half of nursing school, I just bought Sanders comprehensive review for the NCLEX. I wish I had it all along. It breaks everything down and it would have helped with studying. So far I love it.

I will be a first semester nursing student in the fall, and this was one of the very first books recommended to me by new grad nurses! I've heard such great things about it and how it helps "put things together," so I'm looking forward to using it.

Speaking of books, any recommendation for care plan book that is the most complete and the most helpful? Thanks
THE only really complete one is the NANDA-I 2012-2104. $29 at Amazon or $25 for your Kindle, free 2-day delivery for students.
