Hi. Hope everyone is having a great day! Also hoping this is the right forum to post this question in.....
I am trying to find books, journals, etc... to stay up to date with the most "current" nursing information. Can anyone suggest anything to me?
When I was working at the hospital they had CEU's to offer us, but now I am between jobs taking care of my baby so I want to keep totally current on as much as I can until I return. Please any help would be greatly appreciated. I am feeling rusty and I consider myself still a NEW nurse....lol
Thanks in advance,

I like AJN and Nursing 2007.
You can go to Amazon and search the nursing journals/magazines for one that suits your interests and then subscribe. I think books are great but go out of date too quick to invest in.

I love, love, love Nursing 2007. I personally did not like AJN but everyone is different.

I'm a big fan of Nursing 2007 and RN magazine. I'm less fond of AJN.
