I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good manual/text/resource that strictly contains the common diseases/disorders/homeostatic imbalances for each of the body systems.

I bought the clinical companion that goes with my textbook. It may be what you are looking for. The isbn code is 978-0323222358.

If you're up for a major investment - or have any family that would be open to giving you a really meaningful gift that will be relevant for your entire career - I'd recommend Guyton & Hall Textbook of Medical Physiology. I think that it's in the 13th edition now. I use mine all the time. When I got my first one as a grad student ( a few editions ago), there was an option to register for the online version & discounted copies of any new editions as they are published. This is the gold standard. Used by many medical schools. You won't find anything better.
Thanks for the suggestions guys!
HouTx,
Thanks for the suggestion. That book looks like a great Investment indeed. I'm most likely going to be getting it!
Does the Guyton and Hall textbook go into detail on pathophysiology or is it more focused on physiology with side-notes about diseases/disorders?
