We've gone to disposable cuffs at my facility due to infection control. They work great! One cuff per pt. per stay. It's then tossed after discharge.
For recurring Out Patients we also issue one cuff and then after use put them in an individual lg. baggie with pt. name to be used at the next treatment.
At first I thought it odd to be using the disposable cuffs. Now, I see the point!

Hello,
I am a new student and would like recommendations for a blood pressure cuff. I had seen some information a while back on stethoscopes and took notes, but have not seen cuffs mentioned. Any help would greatly appreciated.
