Blog about Nursing Experiences

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I wanted to start a blog about my nursing student experiences and my first year as a registered nurse (..and then go from there- If i have time that is :) ) but what i was wondering was if starting a blog would be okay? Are there any legal issues with this... Of course i wouldn't write down any names of patients or coworkers and the facility in which i would work.

I read lots of nursing blogs. I'd say it's okay as long as you stay anonymous. Don't mention the town or school or clinical site or names.
