Birth conference in st louis--free reg for ld nurses, hosp cbe, and student nurses

The International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN) is holding their national conference in st louis this April (8-10th). ICAN's mission a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve maternal-child health by preventing unnecessary cesareans through education, providing support for cesarean recovery, and promoting lady partsl birth after cesarean (VBAC).

Some of the biggest names in birth will be speakers:

Henci Goer The Thinking Woman's Guide to a Better Birth

Pam England Birthing From Within

Gail Tully Spinningbabies.com

Dr George Macones- chair of ob/gyn at wash u and prolific researcher on vbac

Dr Mike Vlastos- perinatologist

Dr Poppy Daniels- obgyn and vba2c mom and many more.

Isa Herrera-- scar care for the post cs mom

Our priority is to ld nurses, hospital cbe and student nurses planning on becoming ob/gyn nurses. Everyone, please apply as we have 7 scholarships. If you win the free reg, you are not required to attend the whole conference...only req'd are four sessions and ceu's are available as well.
