hi all- can anyone tell me what the pay rate should be around for a nurse with 3 yrs RN experience with a BSN ? It would be for a specialized unit such as ICU, Labor and delivery, etc...

Do they take LPN experience in to account as well if it is relevant to the current position? Does the fact that you have a BSN matter?

I just feel like the payrate i was quoted is way too low..close to what i made two yrs ago....any help would be great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
