Hi all I'm a manager of a LTC unit in my facility. This will be my first year of being a "boss" and want to show my CNAs and nurses how much I really appreciate them. I also plan on leaving this job in the next couple weeks so I may miss nursing home week but want to give the girls something. Does anyone have any ideas? At Christmas I made them all little gift bags with a $5 coffee card, some pens and candy. Which everyone loved but I want to do something different this time.
I really don't have word to describe how much I love my team and how amazing each and everyone of them is. I also don't make much (hence wanting a new job) so nothing that will break the bank.

Maybe coffee card, compression socks, a mug, earbuds (tj maxx version), a candle, keychain, framed group photo of you all, chocolates, lottery scratch off..

Everyone needs pens. And people like cookies. I've seen small mugs with a cake mix inside that are cute. (Think Christmas Tree Shops or Job Lot if those are near you) But more important than the "thing" you give, I think a note of heartfelt thanks will mean more. People can tell the difference between lip service praise and true appreciation, and it sounds like your team knows your sincerity and will appreciate whatever you choose.
