I like Cherokee flex-i-bles.
I don't know how they'll work with those of y'all that are pear-shaped, but it worked beautifully for me. I have long legs and a small waist -- with a little bit of a larger hip/butt. I either have trouble with pants having legs too short and fitting well elsewhere, or having the legs of the pants being long enough and having to cinch the pants really tightly so they don't slide down constantly. Cherokee flex-i-bles fixed that issue for me. :redpinkhe
Hope that helps somewhat.
I have a small waist too, although I am more of an hourglass than a pear. I also vote for Koi scrubs, tops and bottoms both. I've noticed that they tend to look nice on most everyone. I also have a couple of Baby Phat tops that I love, but their petite pants weren't quite short enough for me. That line is harder to find, however.

Good Night,
I originally posted this question in the Uniform forum but it looks like the traffic to that area of the site is pretty low.
In nursing school I had worn mandatory Landau scrubs which tend to fit poorly on me. The medium was too big and the small didn't fit right around the hip/ butt area
. For those of you with a similar body type, what "brand" of scrubs do you recommend I purchase? I have a small waist and a larger hip/butt. I already have a hard time finding jeans that fit RIGHT, hopefully some one out here understands what I mean and can direct me to a descent fitting set of scrubs
.
