Best scrubs for pear shaped women?

Nurses Uniform/Gear

Published

Good Night,

In nursing school I had worn mandatory Landau scrubs which tend to fit poorly on me. The medium was too big and the small didn't fit right around the hip/ butt area . For those of you with a similar body type, what "brand" of scrubs do you recommend I purchase? I have a small waist and a larger hip/butt. I already have a hard time finding jeans that fit RIGHT, hopefully some one out here understands what I mean and can direct me to a descent fitting set of scrubs :o.

I just started wearing Body by Cherokee scrubs. The pants are more straight leg than flare (I think flare leg looks funny on pear shaped bodies), and they have elastic back with a drawstring in the front. I think the elastic back helps with that "gaping" in the back. The fabric if great too, lots of stretch, but keeps its shape and really smooths out "problem areas".

Thanks for the info.

I have the same problem and found that the Koi "Lindsey" scrubs seem to fit me best. They have a combo elastic/drawstring waist. They are pricey but well worth it. Once I found the Koi bottoms I have not even tried any other scrub bottoms on.

Cherokee.
