I cannot think of a specific book (because I just used the text) or mobile (because I hate small screens that I can't read), but as far as online it was the NCSBN RN prep review. Best $50 I ever spent reviewing for the NCLEX. The questions are just like the exam and if you have enough time the review material is extremely in depth. If I had known about it before I graduated, I would have started using it during my last quarter. The longer amount of time you need the materials available, the higher the cost but definitely well worth the money.

Still a student but I'm loving the nclex mastery app. The success books by Davis especially the q&a ones, I have so many tabs in the med surg book.
