In your opinion, what are the best places to work as a new grad in the valley?

What are pay/benefits/atmosphere like?

O.K. I have to put in a plug for Phoenix Children's Hospital. They have an awesome new grad program of which I just completed last May (graduated in December '07). Wonderful working environment, lots of opportunity to move around departments, tuition reimbursement (no, ....they pay for the classes up front), etc., etc., etc. PM me and we'll talk. http://www.phoenixchildrens.com/employment/nursing/
