If you buy at a local store, most will give you a 15% or so student discount, and some do 20%. Compare prices and see if local may actually be lower cost than online. Here, if the local store doesn't have what I need in stock, I could pay at the store and have it shipped to me. They were a little slow, like 3-4 weeks getting my scrubs to me, but there were some tornado and flood interruptions involved, too, so I can't really fault them for slow delivery.
I highly recommend Medisave.net. I just purchased 2 Pink Littman Classic SE 2, engraved with our names and 2 flowers and 2 nurse organizers with scissors, 3 color pens and penlights and my total with shipping was 123.67. I also did a search on coupons for medisave.net and that saved me I believe 5 %. I ordered them on Tuesday afternoon and got them on Friday with the cheapest shipping. At this moment they have free shipping--they didn't have it when I purchased our stuff and I'm not sure how long it will last.

I'm looking to buy my scrubs and a quality stethoscope (lots of ear cushion) on the cheap. I came across cherokee online but their standard shipping rates nullify any savings on the scrubs.
Any suggestions?
