Best Men's Nursing Shoes???

Hey Gents,

I will be leaving for Drexel University's ACE program in a few quickly approaching weeks. They said we need to have all white, leather sneakers or shoes. They can't have any other colors in them. This leaves out crocs, etc.

Does anyone have any good suggestions? I haven't had any experiences with the men's clogs or anything. I might just end up getting a pair of all white nike shox.

I have to go with the Brook's addiction walker. Very comfy, stable, and all white.

where would I get the ALL WHITE MEN's SHOX?????? I've tried customing the shoes online but, the rubber soles stay black??? do they allow that, im thinkin not?

i got a set of Adidas white superstars and love them. Buying another pair next week for my new job. Flat bottom shoe that just feels right for myself.

Eveyone should look into a pair of "Keen Men's PTC Slip-On II". I have flat wide feet, these do the trick.

I have New Balance MX623WT and they are awesome. I have wide feet, and they are very comfortable and help with fatigue.

I have a pair of regular all white champions, all white that I have used for fencing, the sport, and clinicals, the last year and they work out well

I am a 6ft 2in 250# Respiratoy Therapist (on feet 80-90% of 12 hr shifts). My sore feet were totally relieved when I switched from Crocs and "walkers" to Z-Coils. They come in white leather and have othotic support and heel/toe angulation nearly identical to Dansko, which is a good second choice, if the spring coil in the heel of the Z-Coil "freaks you out" too much.

Get a cheap pair, you won't be wearing them much anyway, not in nursing school, clinicals are never over 7hrs. When you graduate, grab that pair of crocs and don't look back.

Speaking of crocs, anyone tried the Bistros? They don't have holes, but are "slip resistant" and am wondering if they are worth the extra $10, otherwise, it's the holes for me!

Bistro's are the only croc type allowed in our hospital. They are great but if you go with holes be very aware of your sharps and the sharps of every other clutzy idiot around you. One stick in your foot and you will abandon the shoes with holes.

Look at Merrill's they are what I am wearing are are excellent!!!
