Best laptop for school?

Hey everyone! I start school in January and while getting ready for it, I have been having a debate about what laptop is best for school. I'm a Windows fan but willing to try a Mac. Any suggestions would be wonderful!

Maybe I need an iPad class lol. I bet its actually pretty useful I just need to figure it out.

I've been using mine for preq's and now two semesters of RN school heading into the 3rd semester. GoodNotes, Scanner Pro, and Evernote are my goto apps.
