best hospitals around nashvile/franklin area-relocating

Hi everyone! Im an RN from ohio (just graduated in december) and me and my husband might move around nashville like maybe franklin/spring hill area...what are some good places to work? Will it be hard to get a job for a new RN? Right now im working in the ER where i live but have only been there a couple of months. TIA!

Centennial medical center is the highest paying hospital in Nashville. It is an HCA hospital. There are three HCA hospitals in Nashville (skyline MC , Southern Hills MC , and centennial ). Vanderbilt medical center is an excellent place to work and the only magnet hospital, level 1 trauma, but the pay is not as good. St. Thomas Midtown and St. Thomas West are also good places to work, but a friend of mine who works at one of those hospital said they have cut back their benefits. I have lived in Nashville area my entire life, and Vanderbilt and Centennial are the top two hospitals in the area.

Hi CrazyGoonRN! Do you know what the actual salary would be for centennial or any of the HCA hospitals for a new grad RN? Thanks!

A friend of mine was a new grad and starting pay at Centennial was $22.50/hr and $2.00 weekend shift dif. Not sure what night shift dif was at that time. This was 2 years ago, so I don't know what Tristar pays now.
