So,In one of my very earlier posts I indicated that I have a herniated disc at L5S1. So, since it is not going away, I have been thinking of getting one of those belts that help support the back. Obviously, I am not buying just anyone, and this is my back, hence future, so I am not trying to save on it. If you guys know of a very nice belt that truly works, I would very much appreciate if you pointed me in the right direction ;-) Thank you all!

I would encourage you to discuss this with your healthcare provider(s) who are knowledgeable about your specific situation before purchasing and using any kind of brace.
