Best: palm trees, weather, beach, restaurants

Worst: HIGH rent, HIGH cost of homes, HIGH cost of gas! and....TRAFFIC! :angryfire

I am hoping to go to LA this summer for vacation. My best friend does not have a car. I have told her I will absolutely not go on any LA freeways this vacation. I was a total nervous wreck taking those freeways last time to her house. I have told her that she needs to take a bus or taxi if she wants to see me. Going on those LA freeways are for "suicidal Types" only. :chuckle
