I am pretty good at reading ekg's and monitor strips. I would like to get better.
I don't need the basics- no problem with most rythm identification. I need more on distinguishing LBBB from AMI, hemi-blocks, axis deviation. Some irregular ekg's look to me like they have elevation or depression, but those features can be explained by other phenomenon.
Are there any really proficient nurses out there that have found a great teaching resource?
Bonus points if it comes with an interactive CD, or is online.

my hospital website has a good EKG quiz/resource
go to home.caregroup.org and on the bottom right it's call the EKG wave-maven I don't know if you'd have access or not but it's worth a shot and it's free

Does your hospital have a library? I learned by checking out a couple EKG interpretation books from our library, was very helpful. Plus any time something odd shows up I ask about it.

Understanding 12-Lead EKGs from Brady, by Beasley and West is pretty good.
Also, I would post this over at FlightWeb, in the General Forums. The nurses and medics over there do this stuff all the time.
I forgot to mention this site: http://www.ecglibrary.com/
For a while I was a member of EKG Club. It was excellent, but I think it has fallen into disuse.
