I already got the letter and I was approved and all but they sent me the letter saying for me to register for the Hesi 10 days before the day I want to take the exam. So that's why I'm waiting for the 24th to register so I can take the test on the 4th. I didn't know I could register ahead of time and pick for the 4th to take the exam

Look this is what I copied from my email "You must register with ELSEVIER at least 10 days prior to the date you wish to take the exam. All testing must be completed by Wednesday, April 9, 2014"

It doesn't say at least 10 days before the deadline

so the last day for our exam is April 9th (right? ).

if you register , lets say 3 days before the deadline,

you won't be able to take it, as you need 10 days.

( that's how I understand it).

anyway, since it says: at least 10 days prior,

you do not have to wait till 24th. Do it now and you don't have to worry about it anymore.

also: remember your elsevier login and password ( you will choose it when you register with elsevier).

you will need it in the exam center and without it you cannot take the test.

Question: during the chemistry exam, are we given the periodic table?

I am studying chemistry now,

my weakest subject, and some questions ask:

Q: which element has the lowest electronegativity

A: they give 4 different elements here. are we suppose to remember where these elements are on the periodic table???

I cannot find this information anywhere..

In my study guide there is more questions, that are easy to answer if you have a periodic table, but impossible to know without it.

Or are we really required to memorize the P.T.??

Sorry i just saw your question, I have heard people saying that they ask you like 2 questions about it. Like what's the symbol for hydrogen and stuff like that. In the Hesi book doesnt go into much detail so I don't know. Hey where it says "Dept. Id" what am I supposed to put? Also it says I'm supposed to get an answer from Elsevier within 1-3 business day after my registration but nothing yet. Today is my 3 day... I need to register for my exam..... How long was your wait for that email?

Hi I m trying to get into the Diagnostic medical sonography program of Bergen. Does anyone know If the class avg of hesi a2 is only for students applying for DMS program or it is for the whole school including nursing, dental hygiene or radiography ?

I took it. Was hard for me. Most of the questions weren't on the book so check better your bio and chem books rather than the one the school sells for hesi. Hesi book is not worth it at all for those 2 subjects.
