Last Thursday I was at the college for the purpose of collecting my Chemistry grade with some classmates. Apparently, there was a graduation ceremony for RN's going on that night as well, and my friends started talking to one student to ask her about the program. I didn't hear the entire conversation, but one of my cohorts told me the student had stated that ELEVEN people had failed out of NUR-181 alone during her course!
Now, there's always a chance there was some sort of misunderstanding or miscommunication, but does this sound right? For what it's worth, I would think the application process and competitiveness of getting in to the program would assure a strong student population, so it makes me nervous to hear these things. I already received some insight from someone privately, but I was wondering what the public population made of this info.
Thanks!

I made my effective date the first day of the semester.
why the rush....they can email a Temp Card / Proof of coverage to you in minutes after you pay.
where do I go for the malpractice insurance?!
NSO is where i went.....the school sent the contact info for it. I don't have it in front on me.
Belle Uniform is in Paterson on Main Street. don't wait until the last minute.
and oh...get a Stethoscope with a Bell too. My wife brought mines.....and it didn't have a bell....bell is helpful for some assessments.
lastly, i bought White Nike Shox and used Shoe Paint.
Are you guyz doing the day or evening program ?
okay.... they just want proof of coverage.. the certificate by july 15th which is why i was so concerned, thank you so much for the info.
another question, although i have all of my information, and the okay to register in the letter, it is still not letting me.. they haven't changed over my major yet i guess... hopefully they will do that soon so i can register for the section i want.

they will open more spaces. Also.....here is a little tip....if you don't get the section you want....call Registration and ask when is drop for non-payment day. Next one for the Fall is in July, but i don't know the exact date.
Make sure you are caught up on all your Vaccines.

Yes you still need to submit copies. And you need to sign the copy of the tax return. When you go there to drop it off, ask them where, because it is on the 2nd or 3rd page. They will not make copies for you, so go there with them ready:) Ask for the sheet with all the steps for completing your application, then make sure EVERYTHING is done.
