If I wanted to go to nursing school in Italy, live in Italy for a while, and the move back to the U.S., how does that work for licensure? How much is nursing school in Italy? What are the requirements?
ps. I do speak the language, but am a U.S. citizen

Not sure on requirements for studying nursing in Italy but you will be always classed as a International trained student when you return to the US and try to register with one of the states. There is usually slightly different requirements then by the state to register and the process can take several months. I would suggest that you try and get a copy of the program and then check with your state BON that it meets their requirements and that you do not have to make any hours up
