I haven't heard back about my interview but my friend applied for NICU and she was sent an email last week or beginning of this week to pick a date.

I applied to the same regions. I actually scheduled interviews for both, but they said one was okay for all locations. Hope you get it!?

Even tho you applied for both regions they only let you have scheduled for one location ? I wanted to try for Plano and Dallas but only one was allowed

You are only allowed one recruiter phone call. No matter which one you pick, either can set you up with any Baylor hospital you are interested in as long as they have interview spots available. My phone screen was for Dallas, first interview will be at BUMC in Dallas but she was able to have my third option be an East Texas location. They would just rather have you work with one recruiter for all of the locations you are interested in. So if you let the recruiter know you are interested in both locations they can look into opportunities at both locations for you.

Dang... that's how they do it? I had no idea. My recruiter was rushing through with prescreening...  it was done in 5 min. And asked me which one is my top selection... Do you think I can maybe schedule another prescreening interview...? Cuz I wanted Plano location too ?

My recruiter was nice but seems rushing as well, I could not ask anything. Were you able to schedule an interview?

Dang that sucks. Yea my recruiter asked me what locations I was interested in and when I explained I was more interested in my preferred specialty than the location as long as its at a larger hospital she then recommended BUMC Frisko and Plano. Did you get his email address, maybe shoot him an email explaining that you're interested in both.

@David8380 Yes thankfully! I got an MICU interview with BUMC Dallas. Tbh I thought I wasn't gonna get ICU interview bc I know it's very competitive but I got one ? My first interest was ICU!
