Hey, I wanted to start this thread for all of us applying for any Baylor Scott & White locations to keep each other updated with responses and interviews. I applied for BUMC specifically.

For the people that have accepted offers- did you call the employee services number to get your screening appointments set up already? I thought the health forms/ lab stuff would be done much closer to the start date

Yes they set up your appointment for like January but they also give you the forms to fill out so you can do your background check and drug test now

Hey guys! I received an offer for the MICU at BUMC early this morning. If you interviewed with the ICU, more offers to come today.

I got my offer as well and I don’t know which unit is this for, I had given multiples interviews. How do we know which unit the offer is for?

Did it say 4 Truett or 4 Roberts?

No it says offer: 21018776 GN. And in offer letter it is not specified either

Interesting. I would call the recruiter or send an email to get clarification before you accept.

I think they just want you to do all that before your appointment. I just sent in the paperwork and they haven't sent me anything about the drug test yet. But I just felt rushed to call because I got that email saying I had 48 hours to call HR to setup the appointment and I was like ahhh??
