Hey! Has anyone applied and received a Microsoft teams interview email? Do we think this is a prescreen or more of an interview?

Yes it's first come first serve which kinda sucked. I applied the first day it opened, and when I got my screening email (the 2nd I believe) I had my screening on the 7th and NICU and all of woman services interviews had already been filled.

Congrats on landing an interview with Baylor Irving! I also landed one for the 23rd for postpartum. I was curious what time did you schedule your interview for? Mine is scheduled for 10:30am and I'm so nervous LOL! Also what are you doing to prepare and have you gotten anything from the recruiter with interview information.
