Hi everyone. For the application do we need to submit a personal mission statement or a cover letter? The website asks for the mission statement but the application has a spot to submit a cover letter.. I'm unable to get ahold of someone from the hospital to ask my question.

What does the recruiter go over during the initial 10 minute interview?
