Ya, they will send you everything in an email at some point. You have to accept the offer electronically for everything to be official and then you can move on to the next steps, background check and employee health appt.

One of my peers accepted a med surg position in Austin, she interviewed last Wednesday and got an offer the same day. Also I’m kinda in the same boat I interviewed last Monday at BUMC for oncology wondering if the delay is just because things are hectic right now

For those of you who have accepted a position and gone to employee health, did they test fit y'all for the PAPR or was it just that video and the handout like for me? Also, have y'all heard anything after y'all went to the appointment?

Just watched the video and got the hand out. 1 week after my appointment I called the PeoplePlace number to make sure they had everything and it’s all been cleared, I sleep better that way LOL. They were able to tell me that they had everything and all is good, just waiting for graduation now so they can have transcripts and GN permit/RN license.

Thanks for that update. I emailed the recruiter and he called me back to let me know I was not recommended for hire. It sucks but glad I got an answer.

Did you end up getting an interview for a different department?

Yeah but I turned it down since I accepted the position at Memorial Hermann for L&D.
