Also has still nobody heard from women's services? Or even heard of someone who has? I know it is the most competitive specialty they have but I haven't heard of anyone hearing from them one way or another.

I can tell you that I know two people who got accepted in womens services last grad nurse application process(Winter 2018) and they still havent started their position. They will start with this group. Not very many positions in women's services at all. In fact not a lot of positions this turn in general regardless of speciality.

Did anyone else attach any other documents on their Baylor profile besides CV, resume, or letter of recommendation? I was thinking about adding an OB related research paper but wasn't sure if we should or shouldn't? IDK, just trying to make sure I'm doing everything I can ?
