Hi everyone! Figured I'd start this thread. Just applied today. Good luck to everyone!
Hi everyone! I applied soon after the application opened and I haven’t heard anything yet, from any location or specialty. I set my preferences for locations near far north Dallas. I understand the applications are under review until we hear otherwise but this anticipation is killing me. Like some of y’all have expressed, I too feel at a disadvantage by not having any contact information. Regardless, thanks for making this thread and for everyone responding to it - it’s nice to know I’m not the only person in this crappy residency boat.

The manager for one of the units called me asking for a phone interview since she couldn't be there for the actual interview. But I'm assuming my situation is uncommon since another friend of mine got a job offer a day after her interview!
Have you heard back?

I’m in the same exact boat as you. I applied the day the application opened and haven’t heard anything from a recruiter. The only thing I have done is the virtual interview, but haven’t heard anything after that for an in-person or phone interview.
Hi everyone! Sorry for the late reply! I've been super busy this week. I'd say to anyone that hasn't heard back yet not to worry yet! I applied on the first day (2/1) and didn't receive a digital interview until 2 weeks (3/8) ago. Two Mondays ago (3/11) I got a call for an interview and then this Monday (3/18) I had an interview for a unit at Temple...and then on Tuesday (3/19), they called with an offer which I accepted!
SO it happened all really fast when I didn't even think my resume was looked at!
For anyone with interviews, mine was really great. With the Manager and a few other nurses. They were all friendly and based on behavioral/situation questions. My advice would to go over some stories from nursing school and situations you've learned from ?
Good luck to everyone!

One of my friends got a call from them today but told her they weren’t hiring for any of their floors only ED and they were taking 1 person.
