Does anyone know what the shift differential at Baylor is? I had an interview with them, but I was to scared to ask. I also met with the recruiter from the Children's hospital in Dallas, and she said that they have the biggest shift diff. in north Texas ($6/hr more for weekends and $4/hr more for nights). I love both hospitals and they both have an excellent reputation, so I can't decide where to go for the new grad internship.
BUMC pays differently than their satellite hospitals. Shift diff at some of their satellite locations can be as much as 6.00/hr for weekend diff. Does that help some ? I wouldn't be scared to ask...just call them up ! Good luck.
Thank you very much for that info. It is actually the Baylor in Ft Worth. I guess I can call the recruiter and ask. I just don't want them to think that I am there for the wrong reason.
