Baylor FastBacc Summer 2022

Hello everyone!

I just hit submit on NursingCas for the Summer 2022 start with Baylor! HESI was taken on Sept. 22nd and I have a couple pre-reqs to complete in the meantime. I hope to connect with more applicants and hopefully become future classmates!! GOOD LUCK!???

Just updating my timeline in case anyone finds this post, I applied to Baylor Friday morning 9/24/2021 through NursingCas and received an interview invite later that afternoon to interview today, Monday 9/27/2021! There were several time slots to choose from and a couple days as well. Interview will be completed over Zoom!

Hello! I applied on 10/04 and took my HESI yesterday. I have an interview set up for 10/18. Seems like Baylor moves fast in their application process, which I like. Have you heard anything back yet?

Hellloooo ! Glad to finally see another applicant on this thread, I haven’t received my admissions decision yet, but I’m anticipating their decision for either this week or next week! How did your interview go??

Oops! I meant it is for 10/21 ? It has been a long day! I read in the thread for last year the interview was pretty laid back. How did your interview go?!

Yes, the interview was actually pretty quick, simple, and laidback, I felt at ease speaking to my interviewer! And do please keep me updated on how it goes for you!

Will do, and as long as you know your 'why nursing' and let that motivate you as you answer the rest of your questions, then you've got it! I get how nerve wracking interviews can be so I wish you the best of luck!

It went really well! I was sooo nervous but my interviewer I had was so nice. She spoke a lot about the program and what to expect. She said the committee will be meeting on Thursday, 10/28 and I should be hearing back from them a couple of weeks after that. It’s so hard to wait!

YAYY! I'm so glad that it went well for you. Yeah, the waiting is the hardest part, I have to distract myself in the meantime or else! LOL
