  1. Of course, you’re definitely not alone, I’m following this post so feel free to reach out, and thank youuu ! Fingers crossed for you !
  2. No info yet, I was hoping they’d start sending stuff out this month, but it’s all good. I don’t have fb.
  3. WOO HOOOO!! Congratulations! So excited for the preview day! Will you guys be at the preview day ?!!?
  4. I know the feeling! Hang in there, I interviewed Sept. 27th and didn’t get the decision until Nov. 1st.
  5. Awesome!! Thank you for updating the thread, I’m sure your response and perspective will be truly valued for the next future interviewer. Most importantly, I’m wishing you the beesssssttt of luck for that YES! Rooting for you and your acceptance, all fingers crossed! I hope to call you a future classmate and the end of the month will be here before you know it ?
  6. Congrats on the interview invite! Previously in this thread, some interview info has been shared, but Youtube could be a good source for general nursing school interview tips. It goes by pretty fast and is more informative in my opinion than solely 1 on 1 interviewing if that makes sense!
  7. of course! and me too, good luck with your interview !
  8. I'm glad everything helped! Tbh, I personally didn't prep or practice for the interview, it's maybe a 20-30min zoom call and they ask you the general questions like why nursing? why our school? how do you study? etc. I would have those responses in mind that are tailored to the truth of you and you should be fine! The interviewer I had was very informative and had a welcoming personality, don't worry !
  9. Rooting for you and thank you!
  10. For the HESI I used Pocket Prep online which allows you to practice numerous questions and helps you see where more practice is needed. It also gives explanations on why the answer is correct and why the others are incorrect. I found that when I took the HESI, the questions were very close if not in the same format of the ones I practiced with on Pocket Prep. I used pocket prep for maybe an hour a day for 2-3 weeks before my test, but if you can familiarize yourself with the question formats and how to answer them, I think it could help by Saturday (plus its a free trial for a week). I think a higher HESI score could help offset a lower GPA, but don't worry too much if you meet the required 2.75. Wishing you the best of luck on your HESI and feel free to reach out if you have anymore questions!
  11. Of course, ask away!
  12. Yaaayyyayayyayay! Here's to new beginnings!
  13. So excited to update you, I just received my letter of acceptance this afternoooonnnn, BEYOND relieved and excited!!!
  14. Notedddd, thank you soooo much for all of your insight! I wish you the best of luck finishing out the program, you’re awesome and a great advocate for the school ?
  15. I appreciate your honesty! With the given schedule, does anyone work part time or do you think it’s possible? And if you’ve started clinicals, how do you like the sites and preceptors? Are you able to be involved and hands on? Lastly, with tuition costs being 75k+, do you feel that the program is worth it and is it hard to get scholarships? Thank you so much !!!
