Baylor ABSN Distance Fall 2020

Published

Hello everyone,

I didn't see a thread for Baylor's new BSN program, so here goes. I applied early Feb. and patiently waiting discussion.

Hello! I submitted my application as well. I’m still waiting for all of my transcripts to be sent to NursingCas. This pandemic has made this process a lot more tedious.

I got an update that board meet on Monday, so I am happy about that. Just waiting on official notice now.

Yes, the admissions rep told me that as well. I’m just hoping they get everything they need from me by the deadline. How do you plan to pay their insane tuition?

Fortunately I planned my VA payments to have a remainder of 9 months. So I’ll have to just pay for roughly 3 months of the cost. The price is high but it’s a great school and program.

Oh good! It is a great school; which is why I’m considering taking out private loans. I’m just going to leave it all in God’s hands. If it’s meant for me to be there, I’m sure he’ll make a way.

AMEN TO THAT! HE ALWAYS MAKES A WAY!!

What is the total cost of the program? Tuition, fees, books, etc., not including housing?

I believe the tuition alone is about $67,000. I’m not sure if that includes books, etc.

For those of you that have applied or are planning to, what cities/areas are you in?

I live in Houston

I live in college station!
