So I had a VERY NEGATIVE initial contact with this college. Through just ONE conversation it's apparent that this school is a for-profit. After calling the school I was transferred to their Atlanta campus...The guy answered the phone "are you coming to a information session" which COMPLETELY through me off....no hello, thank you for calling Atlanta...blah blah etc.. it was INFO session info session. He continued to cut me off, avoid all questions. and even got SNAPPY with me. Their customer service is absolutely a turn off and I don't believe this school will be a top choice for me. smh some people do not need to be in customer service... I could NOT believe this guy. Take a PTO day if you don't want to work.

Does anyone know what to expect on the first day/start of the Program?

Hi Petite, Deah and Hopeful. I to have gotten in for February 2012 class, Im running around doing all the last minute tasks. :uhoh3: But Im Thanking God for being afforded the opportunity! I got my call Monday and I still haven't received my letter. Im very nervous and hopeful. It doesn't or wont seem real until the first day of class.I don't have any pre Req's so ill be there more often than you guys, but no worries! Congrats and look forward to us graduating 2gether.

Congrats lpn! I also would like to know how first term will be. I think I read about college success ending early than the other classes, is that correct? Also are the terms 7 or 10 weeks? Im hearing mixed answers.

Hey Faith....congratulations to you! I just rec'd my call on Monday as well abt 5:30pm, LOL. Will we get a letter? I've previously read on this thread that others did not get letters...so, if anyone recieves a letter, please advise. Also, they still have not reviewed my transcripts

Faith, What other items do you need? Maybe we can assist

Hey Deah, I talked to the Nursing Dept today and they said we should receive the letters by Friday. I had to have my transcripts overnighted.... expensive yes but i was to worried they wouldn't make it. I have a question :confused:who do i give my physical, cpr and immunization info to my admissions person or nursing, i have to go down there tomorrow.

Thanks, thats good to know. I gave my documents directly to my admission rep, but since you're in....perhaps you can go directly to the Nursing dept.

I turned mine into either the front desk of admissions if ms lanier wasn't there or i walked them over to the actually nursing dept.

our terms are 6 weeks really? seems short, but maybe we will have classes everyday for eachclass to make up the for the shorter terms?

6 weeks seem short. I wonder if we wil have class each day for each class to compensate for the shorten terms?

I turned my stuff into admissions or the nursing dept, i've done both

Thank You for the info. I'm just so excited and nervous! Just think this time next year we'll be getting ready for our last semester!
