Bates Stamping - How do you do yours?

I'm looking at some different programs to begin Bates stamping the documents I'm reviewing - just wondering what everyone else is using? Thanks!

I'm not really clear on the Bates Stamping. Are all of the pages in a medical record stamped? Or are the documents being produced for the case, being stamped?

Yes, anything that you wish to apply Bates Stamping. If you have the software for this, you can scan and apply the numbers to any document relevant to the case.
