Hi! I took nclex-rn and I also felt that I had a lot of basic questions. One question I got asked was about cigarette smoking with an oxygen tank (I had to pick the situation that wasn't appropriate). I felt that a lot of my questions, I would personally consider at a lower level. And then I only got like maybe 10 SATA questions. But in the end I passed with 75 questions. So really no one knows really what is a high level question and what is a lower level question. Just stay positive and try not to over analyze :)
Analyzing every question on a test this important is normal. Try to tell yourself that you did your best and you can't change anything at this point. The test asks you a series of questions of various difficulty to make sure you can accurately answer questions with a difficulty level at or above the minimum passing mark. That means you'll get some easy ones and some hard ones no matter how well you're doing.
Just remember that when you took the NCLEX you agreed not to share any information about the test- including specific test questions.
Best of luck.
