Barrys Uni CRNA starting 2019

Hi everyone ,

I was wondering if anyone was applying for Barrys DNP starting 2019. I was gonna complete it by the end of this month after the dreaded GRE. It would be nice to get to know any input on what the school is looking for.

I spoke with Barry today. They expect to begin calling for interviews June with first scheduled interviews for July. I have been waiting for acceptance from FIU and my hope dies a little more with each passing day.

I received this email the other day... "We have received your application for final faculty review. Admission interviews will begin in July at the South Florida/Hollywood campus and we will contact you if selected for an interview."

Hey, i can completely understand your situation. I applied to UM and still haven't heard back. i guess all we can do is wait and pray

I am just completing my application at Barrys and I am kinda confused about the personal statement bit. I felt like question 2 and 3 are the same..

2 Your understanding of the role of a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (applicants are encouraged to shadow a CRNA).

3. Include at least one article supporting your understanding of the role of a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, cited according to APA Format standards.

did you guys fill it separately or just fill one essay on APA format ????

3. Include at least one article supporting your understanding of the role of a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, cited according to APA Format standards.

Is it just me or have you guys noticed that the supporting statement for Barry 2 and 3 are the pretty much the same .. what are ur thoughts ??

Good luck !!!! Is it scheduled for this month ? I submitted all the online forms today ... Lets see what the future holds :)

Search the previous threads on this post. I know folks have commented on the interview process. from everything i've read on here, if you're invited for an interview, you're pretty much in. keep us posted.
